About Sandra
Sandra William is an executive coach and advisor specializing in leadership, business, and career strategy. With nearly a decade at Bain & Company and an MBA from Columbia Business School, she has supported Fortune 500 companies and rising leaders across North America and the Middle East in driving sustainable growth and meaningful impact.

As a consultant at Bain, Sandra also launched a mindfulness initiative and led leadership workshops for rising consultants navigating complex, high-pressure, and demanding environments. These workshops introduced and strengthened the human and adaptive skills essential for modern leadership—such as centeredness, emotional intelligence, compassionate candor, and vision-setting. She concluded her time at Bain as a Director on the firm’s Global Training team, designing programs that shape the growth of the next generation of consultants.
Today, Sandra helps high achievers, executives, and business owners build clarity, overcome barriers, and develop the mindset, influence, and strategy for lasting success. Her definition of success is when clients can independently transform any obstacle into an opportunity and replace fear with intuition and trust.

Sandra’s clients describe her as an insightful, empathetic, and results-driven coach. Known for her sharp questioning and compelling storytelling, she helps clients uncover blind spots and take meaningful action. With a diverse international background (lived and worked in 7 cities), she connects with people from all walks of life, bringing a culturally informed perspective to her coaching and trainings. Sandra is known for her rare ability to balance candid challenge with compassion. This balance empowers her clients to break free from traditional thinking, explore new possibilities, and cultivate a mindset and ecosystem that is both realistically optimistic and strategically opportunistic.
Sandra holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from The American University in Cairo. She is trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). As a digital nomad, she serves clients globally. In her free time, she works on publishing her book and pursues her many passions, including tennis, scuba diving, and singing.

Philosophy
DAO (ضوَ) means light in Arabic. It symbolizes the power of illumination — revealing what’s possible and igniting growth.
Just as plants turn toward light to grow and thrive, we too need light to unlock our potential. Light shows us where we are, where we want to go, and fuels us with the energy to move toward our dreams.
DAO stands for Daring, Aware, and Open.
These are essential qualities that embody both action and stillness, strength and softness, courage and curiosity — empowering us to break barriers and launch toward our highest potential (moon) purposefully and mindfully

Daring
Empowering hidden moon shooters to reach the moon
